Delivery Details

We are so excited you’ve placed your order and are ready to embark on your cold pressed juice cleanse (yay!). After our juices are pressed, they are frozen using a sophisticated instant freezing process. This way, all the fresh produce that’s packed into the bottle lasts longer and maintains its pure taste. We pack the juices into a special cooling liner to help your cleanse stay cold and fresh until it has reached your doorstep.

⚠️ Once you receive your package, you MUST place the juices into the freezer. We strongly recommend defrosting 1-days' worth of juices at a time, the day before you are going to use them. The juices are good in the freezer for up to 6 months, and 3-4 days in the refrigerator. ⚠️

Delivery Service

For all juice cleanse/shots orders Juice from the RAW® offers local delivery as well as national shipping via UPS/FedEx. Tea Cleanses are shipped via USPS only, and normally arrives a few days following your juice cleanse. You can choose a preferred shipping method at checkout from the following options:

  • FREE Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) - $3.95
  • Groupon Shipping Rate - $29.95

⚠️ Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule a specific delivery time. ⚠️

  • UPS shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes sooner or later).
  • FedEx packages are typically delivered by 8 p.m.

⚠️ Note: Because UPS/FedEx do not operate on Sundays we are unable to schedule packages to arrive on Mondays. ⚠️

Shipping Protection Service

Only at Juice from the RAW® we offer Shipping Protection to protect your purchase from damage, loss, or theft for all juice items. The cost is $2.95 per box. Shipping Protection will be added at your cart automatically. We do provide FREE Shipping Protection for all our Tea Cleanses and Subscription Boxes.

You can opt-out of the Shipping Protection in you cart. In this case if your package has been damaged or lost, you will need to contact the carrier and file a claim for a damaged/missing package.
