What do I do before and after the cleanse?
You should start with a light detox diet. And after the cleanse, add solid foods slowly. You can find more pre- and post cleanse instructions in our 6-step How to Do a Cleanse guide.

How often should I cleanse?
We recommend doing a 3- or a 6 day juice cleanse every two months.
How many days can I cleanse?
A 3 day cleanse is probably the optimal duration for natural detoxification. If 3 days sound like too much, try easing into it by juicing once a day or even once a week. You can find more detailed instructions in our 6-step How to Do a Juice Cleanse guide.
Health
What if I feel nauseous, have headaches or feel any other discomfort?
During the juice fast, your body works hard to release the toxins and cleanse your liver. That being said, if you feel that your body is not responding well to the cleanse, you should stop the cleanse and consult with your doctor.
Can I do a cleanse while I’m pregnant or nursing?
Pregnant or nursing women are generally not recommended to do cleanses.
Can I do a cleanse if I have any medical condition?
Juice cleansing is not recommended for diabetics, individuals taking blood thinners, and those with kidney complications. This is by no means a complete list. So general rule of thumb—listen to your body. If you have any issues whatsoever, consult with your doctor.
Are you gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free?
Our products are gluten-free and dairy-free. In the same time, some of our juices do contain nuts so we are not a 100 percent nut-free facility.
Are your juices vegan-friendly?
All our juices are vegan except juices with collagen.
Can I exercise during the cleanse?
We do not recommend rigorous workouts during the juice cleanse detox. Try gentle exercise like stretching and yoga.

Where can I buy your juice cleanses?
We sell nationwide. You can order our juices on our website.
How long do your juices last?
Our juices are unpasteurized, which means the enzymes and good bacteria are still alive. The juices are delivered frozen in a special packaging. Juices last in the freezer for up to 6 months, and 3 to 4 days in a fridge once defrosted.
How many calories do your juices contain?
In general, calorie count ranges from 100 to 300 cal per bottle, depending on the juice kind. You find detailed info on the calories and nutrients on each product page.
Does it matter in what order I drink the juices?
We believe that the most beneficial way to do the juice cleanse detoxification is sticking to the order we provide with every package—you can also find it here. The sequence, however, is not set in stone, so if you feel like mixing things up a little - go for it.
Are your juices kosher?
Yes, all our products are OU-certified.
Delivery
My juices arrived cold but not fully frozen. Are they still OK?
Yes. As long as the bottles are still cold, they are fine. However, if you have any concerns about the delivered product, call us at +1-888-596-2941 or email us at sales@juicefromtheraw.com
Do I have to be home when the juices are delivered?
Depends on the delivery service. What we could do is leave a note for the carrier and ask them to leave the juices by your door—if that’s what you’d like. Just email us at sales@juicefromtheraw.com
When should I expect the juices to arrive?
When you place the order, you get to choose the day of the delivery. Keep in mind that the juices come frozen so you’ll only be able to start the juice cleanse on the following day.
Returns & Refunds
Am I eligible for a refund?
We want you to love your Juice From the RAW experience. Since all of our juices are shipped frozen and are perishable, we ask that you open and inspect your package as soon as it arrives and transfer everything to your freezer.
If anything is wrong with your order — please reach out to us at sales@juicefromtheraw.com on the same day you receive your delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with photos of any issues so we can take care of it right away.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to process claims reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
Do you accept returns?
We do our best to make sure you receive your cleanse in good order. If there is an issue with the product(s) this is normally resolved on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation or circumstances.
A replacement, or partial, or full refund may be issued.
Important:
- Juices and/or shots should arrive frozen, semi-frozen, or cold to the touch.
- Once you receive your package, you MUST place all the juices and/or shots into the FREEZER.
- We strongly recommend defrosting 1-days' worth of juices and/or shots at a time, the day before you are going to use them.
- The juices and/or shots are good in the freezer for up to 6 months, and ONLY 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
