This was one of the better juice cleanse's I have done. Usually I deal with awful flavors of juice that I am downing or choking down, then feeling hungry. This one most of the flavors were good! UpBeet! and Coconut Fusion were the two I just couldn't finish and I am a beet and coconut fan! They were just not good in my opinion. I am coming to the end of my 10 day and I feel great. It definitely helped with bloating and getting me on the right track to continue to eat better. I liked this one because you were still allowed to have a snack and a meal. This made a big difference on the 10 day went really fast. I did lose some weight as well. I will be doing this again!
This is my third time doing these juices. I’ve done many different brands of juice cleanses over the years and these are easily the best juices I’ve tried.
If you are doing dry January, why not add a 10-day juice cleanse as well. Great way to start off the New Year.
I’ve tried the 5 day cleanse and now the 10 day cleanse. Love all the flavors and healthy feeling I’m experiencing in my body. I will continue to drink the maintenance juices in my daily healthy protocol.

I did my first 30 day cleanse in 2016. I failed horribly lol, i ate a slice of pizza on day 4.
I tried again last year April 1st 2023, with a starting weight of 272lbs and on day 30 I weighed in at 245. On day 28 I went out for a cousins b day and had pasta. It was more of a reward meal. But i am back at 272 lol and will be completing a full 30 days this time. I am looking forward to giving this another shot starting this Friday March 1st, 2024.

10-Day Cleanse Dinner n' Snack
I was a little worried doing my first ever cleanse but these were really good. I hate beets and I actually liked the upbeet juice. The juice with the charcoal in it I was super worried about too and I really liked it. There wasn't a single one I didn't like.
This is the second time with the 10 day. I love it. My stomach is flat. My digestion issues are better. My skin looks brighter.
