Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Exception – Tea Cleanse: The Tea Cleanse may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
A replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be issued for damaged or defective products only.
If a return is required for a damaged or defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do our best to make sure you receive your cleanse in good order.
Important:

Juices and/or shots should arrive frozen, semi-frozen, or cold to the touch.

Once you receive your package, you MUST place all the juices and/or shots into the FREEZER.

We strongly recommend defrosting 1-days' worth of juices and/or shots at a time, the day before you are going to use them.

The juices and/or shots are good in the freezer for up to 6 months, and ONLY 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in inadequate condition, you must contact us on the same day you receive your delivery at sales@juicefromtheraw.com or call 1-800-554-6468. Our customer support team is available Monday–Friday (9am–5pm). At any other time please contact us by email and you will be assisted as soon as possible in order.
