Juicer Q&A: Jessica Sodenkamp
Seattle-based Jessica Sodenkamp is probably best known for her visually striking creations on Instagram. The mother of two stuns followers with her imagination, sharing with them fresh and healthy recipes ranging from fruity cereals and smoothies to quick dinners and the latest food fad: sushirritos! 

While Jessica did not create a juicyritto for us (what would that taste like?), she did use some of our juices for a delicious smoothie and even ice creams! Who would've thought that our healthy and nutritious cold pressed juices would be found in a bowl of ice cream? Don't believe it? Try it for yourself (recipe below)!

Jessica has been a loyal juicer over the past few years so we asked her a few questions to see what she thought about the cleanse this time around!

Juice From the RAW: Have you ever done a juice cleanse before? If not, what motivated you to seek out a juice cleanse?

Jessica Sodenkamp: I have done a juice cleanse before! But it involved prune juice, so this one was much better. 

JFTR: If you have done a cleanse before, how does Juice from the RAW compare to the others?

JS: I have done one other juice cleanse. Juice from the RAW was great because it had many different flavors, so I didn't get tired of drinking so much juice. 

JFTR: Which cleanse did you do and what was your favorite juice flavor?

JS: I did the Whenever Cleanse - Coconut Fusion. My favorite flavor was Pineapple Mint. It was such a unique combination and incredibly delicious!

JFTR: Did you use the juices as a cleanse or any other way (in a smoothie, as a snack, etc?).

JS: I drank the juices on their own, in smoothies, and blended them with frozen bananas to make ice cream

JFTR: If you did the entire cleanse, can you give us a daily rundown on how you felt during the three days of your cleanse? Did you lose weight? Did you have more energy? If you didn't do a cleanse, how did you incorporate Juice from the RAW in your day to day?

JS: I didn't do a full cleanse. I drank the juices every day in between light meals to give my body a break. I felt really light, and each time I drank a juice it acted as a little pick-me-up. A fresh wave of energy. 

JFTR: Would you do this juice cleanse again?

JS: I would totally do this cleanse again!

JFTR: If you could describe Juice from the RAW juices in one word, what would it be?

JS: Delicious!

Coconut Banana Nicecream

  • 3-4 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of Juice fromt he RAW Coconut Fusion juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Blend in a high speed blender, serve and enjoy!

Beetroot Banana Nicecream

  • 3-4 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup of Juice from the Raw Root Veggies juice
  • 1 tsp shredded beet root

Blend in a high speed blender, serve and enjoy!
