I dropped 8 pounds on the Cleanse n’ Lunch but also felt energized, not sluggish and rested. I’m now just 7 pounds from my weight-loss goal and I’m confident I will get there and maintain. I truly enjoyed most of the flavors and the 2 that weren’t my favs were still easy to get down. I plan on doing a three day cleanse every few months!

I have not done a cleanse before, but wanted to try the juices. They arrived frozen. I liked them all . I've been sick and wanting to get some good nutrients in me.

This was my first juice cleanse and I'm glad that there is a low sugar option. I appreciate the informational email with best practices to prepare your body for the cleanse. This really helped me through the first two days of adjustments.
The Skinny Shake was my favorite flavor, followed closely by the Goodness Greens. My only complaint is the Spicy Celery. It needed something else to help with the after taste, whether it be more spice or something acidic like lemon.
Overall, I would do the 3 day cleanse again, but if you consume a lot of caffeine like I do, make sure you ween yourself off at least a week in advance to help with the cleanse process.
My daughter just finished hers, she loved it, she said energy was very good by third day. I have not started mine yet. The drinks are amazing.
Very different then the other juices I've ordered, still good. But my next one for 3 day reset will be new also. Can't wait to try. And really love this company. Don't have picture.

Most of them have been either tasty or what you'd expect from a green drink. However, the homemade coconut milk one tastes like spoiled milk. I was heaving trying to get it all down. The Thai coconut water was fabulous.
I live Juice from the Raw. Spicy Citrus is one of my favorites for any time of the day. Sweet but not too sweet, with just enough ginger to give it a little kick!
I have done a number of 3 day juice cleanses with this brand. I love the fact that I can get cleanses without a beet juice because that just tastes yucky to me! Seven days was a stretch but I lost 10 pounds! Love the flavors of this cleanse and will do again.
So yummy! The flavors were all so great I actually missed them when I finished it! I lost over 3 pounds and while I felt sluggish towards the end of the day, I wasn’t really hungry.

I love cleansing with Juice from the raw. My favorite flavor is the Beet up and Pine apple mint. Each juice taste so fresh and refreshing. Making my cleanse tolerable and enjoyable. Thanks

The Spicy Lemonade is my favorite. When want a treat, I reach for the Spicy Lemonade. I think they should calories per bottle not a portion of the bottle.
Great product highly recommend. Didn’t drink six juices a day was able to take a 3 day cleanse into a week. Lost 10 pounds.
